will not launch from menu but will from shortcut

Bug Description
None of the Zoho services will launch from Linux Mint menu. However is you create a desktop shortcut from the Mint menu the shortcut always launches.
I copied the command from the short cut and substituted it for the command in the menu and it still will not launch from the menu.
Further if I create a panel icon from the menu icon the panel icon also works every time.
