Bug Description

Per http://www.python.org/doc/2.6/library/profile.html#pstats.Stats, the "stream" parameter was added in 2.5. Thus the Profile class in web/utils.py does not run correctly on Python < 2.5 (output is sent to the terminal instead of to the StringIO()).
