Bug Description

I was in webbrowser-app, clicked on the activity button. Then i started navigating to Youtube and noticed that the 'Activity' header (the new transparent one) was staying on screen.

I can reliably reproduce. This is most likely a regression introduced by the UITK, see bug #1305834.
