Facebook crashes often after dismissing popped up external links

Bug Description
Steps:
1. Open the facebook webapp.
2. Look for a post with an external link in the news feed. Click on the link. The link should open in a pop up tab.
3. Press the down arrow at the top-left corner to dismiss this pop up.
What happens:
Sometimes as soon as the pop up is dismissed, the facebook app also closes by itself. Reproducibility rate is pretty high when the phone is used for quite a long time without a reboot and the external link is content-heavy.
This is most probably a low RAM issue, nothing wrong with the webapp per se, but a mildly annoying experience for the end users.
