chapters in sidebar are oddly ordered

Bug Description
they're largely alphabetical, except for a bunch in the beginning and end.
they're just coming back out in the order that they are spit out into the JSON, which is the order that they are in the google spreadsheet
we should sort them alphabetically
we could either do this in the python that generates the JSON (probably better) or in the php.
