UI - Closing of "dialogs" in multiple instances

Bug Description
Open two instances of Waver. In one of them, open Diagnostics. In the other, open some other "dialogs", such as "Source priorities" or a plugin-setting. Click cancel. Open another one, click cancel again. Repeat a few times. Now got back to the first instance and close Diagnostics. All the "dialogs" will be there overlapping each other.
