Bug Description
There is a bug in Wahcade (MahCade) that it won't re-initialize the controller if the controller was unplugged and plugged back in. Even if you unplug and re-plug the same controller in the same USB port, WahCade will not respond to the controller unless WahCade (MahCade) is restarted.
