Bug Description

`vm-save-message' suggests save folder names based on `vm-last-save-folder' and `vm-last-save-imap-folder', both of which are buffer-local variables. This gives counter-intuitive results, especially when used with search folders (virtual folders). It may be best to suggest save folders based on the servers (or local file system).
