Bug Description
Use of multi-level nested mime content is become more common in mailers. Apple mail and others do this.
Only the first level of mime is show in the VM mime display choices.
For instances, the ataached mess has an embedded jpeg at the second level, however VM only shows this
xplain text (us-ascii): <no suggested filename>, plain text [display]
---
xHTML (us-ascii): <no suggested filename>, HTML [display]
Thanks!!

I can see the image when I load that file as a vm folder (vm-visit-folder).
I used rev 8.2.0b and rev 1484 of the trunk. They both work.
I used emacs -q without any ~/.vm* file.
