vm-save-all-attachments has undocumented noop parameter with alaming name

Bug Description

vm-save-all-attachments and vm-save-attachments have an option parameter named no-delete-after-saving which isn't documented and isn't used. However, this name is alarming since it implies that if it's not set, something important will be
deleted.

Suggest just removing argument.

It is indeed strange that it isn't getting used. (It was taken from vm-rfaddons.)
