Bug Description

If a binary file is not found in the paths, corresponding brick has to be disabled into the "new brick" panel

I reopen this bug for two reasons:

1. If one of the qemu parts is not found, the vm are disabled.

2. Even if most of the times a testbed is meant to be run, this is not always true: a testbed can be created in order to be distributed.

I have to revert the patch because of 1 but I leave it open for further discussions.
