Bug Description

The postinst script for puppetmaster-passenger launches 'puppetca --configprint hostcert' to check the existence of the master certificate and 'puppetca --configprint certname' to obtain the CN. The two command fail (as in v2.7.* the correct command is puppet --configprint), causing the generation of several unwanted certs. As a result, the main certificate is not generated and apache fails to enable the site.
