Bug Description

When running actions of the vault charm in next (pre 20.02) i get:

      /var/lib/juju/agents/unit-vault-0/charm/reactive/vault_handlers.py:710: YAMLLoadWarning: calling yaml.load() without Loader=... is deprecated, as the default Loader is unsafe. Please read https://msg.pyyaml.org/load for full details.

Raising this as a reminding to get the code updated.
