Bug Description
Need to add mechanisms to the deployment process:
1. Script the process, so it's done the same way every time
2. Move production www. subdomain to point to current version of prod code
3. Minimize CSS and JS when deploying (use http://
4. Clean tree when pulling new code
a) how to handle things like updated calendar file? Committed to repository every time it changes?
5. Validate HTML/CSS when committing/
6. Check all files have UNIX line endings/utf-8 encoding
