Bug Description

Browsers have profiles to save users' bookmarks, history, cookies, etc. A user
should be able to create a new window, similar to private browsing, using their
profile that would not affect the cookies in other windows using the same
profile until this instance was closed. History and bookmarks would stay in
sync, but cookies would allow the user to sign into multiple accounts on the
same service without private browsing and losing their activity.

Midori has a UI for managing profiles conveniently now. Neither bookmarks nor history are currently shared. André might be the best person to give input on the idea. Maybe we could have an option like "re-use history and bookmarks"?

I would like to have this option too. (Its really useful, if you are a web dev.) It shouldn't be too hard to implement after the new tab management is finished.

The things I'm not sure about:
 - Should this be the default behavior or is there any use case in which a shared cookie storage makes sense?
 - What should happen if a tab is moved between windows? Delete the cookies, take them over or ask the user? (Dunno which option is actually possible to implement.)
