How to boot arm64 cloud image on x86_64 host system.

Bug Description

Here is what worked for me to boot an ARM64 cloud image on x86_64 host system. Please take a look at the attached template, you need to pass that in with --template= in the uvt-kvm command line.

$ uvt-simplestreams-libvirt sync --source http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/daily release=zesty arch=arm64

$ uvt-kvm create --template=./template-arm64.xml myvm release=zesty arch=arm64
