Bug Description
It would be nice if "uvt-kvm create" would have an option to automatically download backing images as required, instead of requiring the previous "uvt-simplestre
We could have a logically separate "on-demand" pool of images, which gets added to on demand and where images have their own expiry schedule separate from the sync command's behaviour of removing images as soon as they disappear upstream and are no longer used by any local instance.
