Bug Description

The current download implementation in the ISO class fails to download the development series unless dl-ubuntu-test-iso is available.

What would be the expected behavior? Given that dl-ubuntu-test-iso is a
recommended package, I'd say it's good enough to display an error message that
says that the binary wasn't found and suggests to install the package.

Please let me know what do you think.

I think it would be nice if we could just grab the latest daily image without dl-ubuntu-test-iso, since dl-ubuntu-test-iso isn't in the archive. I think this probably should be more Wishlist than Medium, though.
