Fails to install, saying that shares the same resource as GParted 0.14-1

Bug Description

Built successfully on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04, when I try to install it I get dpkg complaining that GParted (which was also built on my 10.04 setup) shares the same file as UPnP Router Control, and fails to overwrite it, aborting the installation. Specifically;

"dpkg: error processing upnp-router-control_0.2-1_i386.deb (--install):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/icon-theme.cache', which is also in package gparted 0.14.1-1".

Removing GParted, UPnP Router control installs without an issue, but I can't have both installed together.

Hi, thank you for the time spent filling this bug report.

Very strange behavior, mostly the path "/usr/local/" used only for development. Where you found that .deb?

Changed in upnp-router-control:

@dnax88, most likely he downloaded the sources, built himself with `make` (which defaults to `/usr/local` prefix) and created the .deb package out of it, same with gparted.

So either both URC and gparted updated the icon-theme.cache manually in their post/pre install scripts (in 2013), when neither should (and gparted is likely fixed by now, so check if URC is too), *or* he forgot to properly `chroot` when creating the .deb and ended up getting that file in both debs.
