Applets are not aware of Sidebar if it's started after them

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start any applet (e.g ClearCalendar)
2. Start the SidebarUA applet/server
3. Right click the ClearCalendar and go to Move to
There should be an entry there for Sidebar but it is not there... We need to somehow force applets to refresh their right-click menu after another server is started.

We should be able to do this by connecting to the dbus.bus's signal that gets emitted when new interfaces are registered.
