Bug Description
Debian Lenny, up-to-date bzr.
Mail applet crash on startup with :
Traceback (most recent call last):

class MailCheckScreenlet (screenlets.

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'MailCheckStatus'

We don't have any plugin named "Mail" so line:
mail = Plugins. importAPI( 'Mail')
doesn't import anything:
