Bug Description
Here is the situation:
1:Snap a window to a corner pressing, for example, CTRL + ALT + (numpad) 9
2:Change desktop via CTRL-ALT-LEFT
3:Change desktop back.
4:Window is unfocused and you can't click on it, restore it, etc. until you get into "Expo" view and drag it around, which causes it to restore and get into a random desktop.
If you go into "Expo" view via Super+S in step 2, the snapped window follows you to the other desktop instead, though you still can't click it.
Desire situation:
Snap a window. Stays there. You can restore it if you want.

Using Ubuntu 12.04. I get different behaviours on different computers, but all are similarly weird.
