false Focus for the windows

When I minimized a window, the app-menu-indicator keeps showing the menu of the minimized application.

Way to reproduce this bug :
1- open one application an minimize it.
2- open another application and Close it.
3-look at the panel : it prints the menu of the minimized application you just opened at step 1.
