(maybe duplicate of #663776, which seems ibus-specific)
The search boxes in the places and app lenses do not support the cedilla input method.
My session is set for pt_BR and all applications correctly assume the cedilla IM and compose ' + a to á, ' + c to ç, ~ + a to ã and so on.
In files/folders and apps lenses, tough, ' + a produces the two characters instead of the composite symbol.
Behavior is the same on ABNT2 (Brazilian Layout) or US-Intl layouts.
