Bug Description
While trying to use dead accents (like dead acute accent and then the letter to receive that accent, the dashboard shows the accent and the next pressed character as separate characters.
Explaination : "é" is shown " 'e " in the dashboard. " ' " (dead acute, shown here by pressing the spacebar after the dead accent) then "e" while ' was generated using the dead acute accent and then pressing spacebar.
You can try this behaviour by setting your keyboard layout to UK and then use dead accents by pressing simultaneously ALT GR and ; or ' or # and then a letter like e, i, o, u..
I am making a video to explain things better

I have the same problem here using a "Canadian" keyboard. Unable to send french accents in the "Alt+F2" menu, wich is a problem if I use accents for naming file I want to launch with Alt+F2.
