Bug Description
The old version of the fglrx driver is known not to work with Unity (and Compiz particularly) because it forces itself to run in indirect rendering mode.
It needs to be blacklisted in the detection module, to avoid running Unity in this context, but still allow the *new* fglrx to run. By new, I refer to driver vers. 2:8.840-0ubuntu1 or newer.

In order to find a pattern I can use to distinguish them, I'll need the glxinfo output of new and old fglrx drivers.
