Missing menu content in the unity top panel in LTSP enviroment

I saw that the unity-panel-service is not started. If I launch /usr/lib/unity/unity-panel-service, the menu appears

Please, attach here the output of the command:

It happened to me after I manually restarted unity because it had crashed.
