Bug Description

I have attach an external monitor to a laptop with build in touch display. I have opened two windows with chrome browser and moved one of them to the external monitor. When I touch the build in touch display and move my finger around I am moving/touching the browser window on the external monitor. Expected behavior: I am moving the browser window on the display I am touching.

I'm able to get similar behavior without an external monitor. If I open two Terminals, I can move one by touching the titlebar and dragging my finger across the screen, as expected. When I try to drag the other Terminal window, the first one moves, even if my finger is nowhere near the first window.

If I tap the second window, it will get focus, as expected. If I then try to touch and drag the second (now focused) window, the first one receives focus and moves.

Using the touchpad and/or mouse does not demonstrate this behavior. Only the touch screen gives me trouble.

I'm running Ubuntu Gnome and Gnome Shell on an Acer V5-122p.
