Bug Description
Action:
Open the telegram app on the phone, tested with Meizu MX4 set to Dutch language
Either check the message time in the threads view
OR
Open a thread and check the message time
Observed result:
The telegram app (com.ubuntu.
Expected result:
The telegram app shows 12:34 as the sent or received time
Note:
It looks like something goes wrong with localisation, because uu seems like Dutch for hh, but then the application can no longer fill in the hour timestamp..
