Bug Description
Long story short - this UTT bug: https:/
However due to the fact UTT facilitates setuping hotcorners the users that use that UTT function are still affected by the bug albeit it being a Compiz one.
We can't really fix the Compiz one, what we can do is provide a workaround script that will automate the equivalent of flicking the hotcorners switch off and then on everytime the user logs in.

Also of use, the previous bug and now this thread have great google-juice for this bug, is there a bug filed against compiz on this? If so, I've yet to find it, would be handy to point us there to commiserate/ complain ;)
It was a common problem in 12.04 where changing the order of the plugin loading fixed things, but that is no longer working.
