[enhancement] Turn on logging by default

Bug Description

Turn on logging by default (to stderr) so we can better diagnose when things go wrong in /var/log/lightdm/unity-system-compositor.log.

A good start is:

unity-compositor-command=unity-system-compositor --glog --glog-stderrthreshold=0 --display-report=log

(set in lightdm.conf, though we should make these the defaults in u-s-c).
