Bug Description
Lots of scopes are just returning ‘empty document’ placeholder images in the results. We need to find a image for every result. If there is not any image that can be used e.g. in the case of “noodls” scope, we will need to generate an image to use in the preview. No scopes should return an ‘empty document’ placeholder.

The server scopes we have are: amazon, ddg_related, dictionary, skimlinks, u1ms, wikipedia.
Some of them never return an image for the result (by design, eg: the dictionary), others may return one if the searched term have it (eg: the wikipedia).
In any case, we need to get images to *always* comply with this requeriment.
