Accidently closed all scopes

Bug Description
I seem to have hit the star in the applications Scope. (The only Scope I was using) Now it's gone. The screen is all white and pulling from bottom to top has no effect. Can't add a new scope.
How do I restart the Scope? Terminal is not attatched in the left side menu. adb should work, since I can reach the system settings.
I'm on the devel-proposed channel.

gsettings reset com.canonical.
this will reset the favorite scopes, hopefully fixing - for reference if others find this
