When the credentials are already on the keyring, we shouldn't need to log in on the ubuntuone website

When something prevents the payment to be completed on the dash, like a user missing the payment method, when we click the download button we are taken to the ubuntu one webiste.

If the Ubuntu One credentials are already on the keyring, we shouldn't be taken to the log in screen, but directly to the complete purchase page.
