Bug Description
The "Apps Available for Download" section of the applications shows links to the software centre to non-administrator users. It should only show those links to users with privileges to install software.

I get the idea, but I have no idea how feasible it is to execute in practice. Input needed from someone who understands the details of sudoer configurations and polkit.
