To reproduce:
1. Make a new .desktop entry with % in the name, e.g.
$ sudo cp /usr/share/applications/gcalctool.desktop /usr/share/applications/test%test.desktop
$ sudo sed -i 's/Calculator/TEST/' /usr/share/applications/gcalctool.desktop /usr/share/applications/test%test.desktop
2. Open the dash and search for 'TEST'
3. Drag the calculator icon with the name TEST to the launcher
Expected result:
Icon is attached to the launcher
Observed result:
On mouse button release icon is removed from the launcher
