Bug Description
Choosing the "Add Event" option in the Time Menu starts Evolution and prompts the user to setup a new email account.
This request is both out of place (why should I create a new account when I just want to add a remainder for myself?) and inconsistent with other system settings (since the default mail client is now Thunderbird).
The alternatives are:
- Integrate calendar extension Lightning in Thunderbird, and use that interface to Add an Event.
- Remove the option to Add an Event altogether.

I've updated the specification to say that the visibility of "Add Event..." should depend not just on whether Evolution is installed, but also on whether you have a calendar set up. <https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/TimeAndDate ?action= diff&rev2= 36&rev1= 35>
(I'd now mark this "Triaged", but I don't seem to have permission.)
