Bug Description

There is a tick-box in Preferences->General called "Prompt integration options for any website" with an "Exceptions" button next to it. None of the settings (checked status or exceptions) can be changed from the GUI for me: they are not persisted and re-opening Preferences after un-ticking the box shows it checked again. Exceptions can be added from the dialogue which prompts you when visiting such a website.

Looks similar to bug 1174965.
