Bug Description

When using the dash to look through apps or find files, the resulting apps/file list icons are not accessible.
To reproduce:
1. Open the dash, arrow to "Find files". Orca should be speaking the icons currently in the dash, internet apps, media apps, etc.
2. Search for a known file in your home directory, i.e a folder like Documents etc.
3. When results appear, arrow down to the file list. Orca announces the heading for each results section in the dash, history etc, but no longer announces what icon has focus.
