Bug Description
When using udd, it is common to add a file in a packaging branch which then gets put into a .deb. When the package importer sees the new file, it creates its own file-id for it, which ends up causing a conflict at merge time.
It should be fairly easy to add a tree that the importer looks at to find file-ids to match against.
