Bug Description
This bug started out as bug #1337877 where schroot couldn't be installed due to missing /var/lock in the image. Once the image is booted, all these mountpoints show up properly, but we need scaffolding in place to make sure they are available in the chroot as the image is created.
This is handled for the /var/lock case right now, but we need to sort out how to get all the same mountpoints that we have during the booted image, and ensure they are cleaned up properly at the end.
