Bug Description
Windows 11 Build version: 22H2 (Build 22621.521)
WSL version: 2
UWP name you installed: Ubuntu
UWP version of Ubuntu: 2204.1.6.0
Ubuntu Release version: 22.04
My Windows system prefers the Simplified Chinese language, so the Ubuntu WSL GUI installer selects "Chinese" by default.
But due to missing CJK font (maybe ttf-wqy-zenhei), the characters are not displayed correctly.

And I found there was an "8" at the end of /etc/locale.gen, I remember "Chinese" seems to be the eighth option in the GUI installer? I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but this "8" is now an error.
