Bug Description
The first screen of the U1 wizard shows the program license, one button to accept and one button to disagree and uninstall.
If I close the wizard at this point, I am not agreeing nor disagreeing. Also, I don't want to uninstall, but the uninstaller is executed. I'm just closing the wizard, that should mean that I'll take a look at it later.
Then, if I open Ubuntu One again, I get the page "Sign in to Ubuntu One". But at this point I haven't agreed with the license.
So, I think that if I close the wizard, the uninstaller shouldn't be executed. And the next time I open Ubuntu One, I should see the license agreement screen again.

About the uninstaller being called:
This is intentional. I am open to changing it, but it's UX's call if this needs to change.
The reason why you don't get the license again, is that you don't have to agree to the license to *use* Ubuntu One, you only have to agree to make copies (for example, when installing). I think the bug is that you can actually not uninstall it, or that it can be started before the installer agrees to the license.
