[windows] Start menu entry "Ubuntu One Folder" asks user what to open it with

Bug Description
Ubuntu One Start Menu entry has the following entries:
* Ubuntu One Folder
* Ubuntu One
* Uninstall Ubuntu One
By clicking on the first entry I expect the Ubuntu One folder to be opened. Instead, Windows prompts me to tell it what application I'd like to have Ubuntu One opened with.

Reported on 30-10-2011...... This bug is still there...
Is it so hard to fix?
