Should not synchronize Desktop.ini files

Bug Description

Ubuntu One for Windows 7 (64bit)
Ubuntu 11.04 64bit
Android 2.3.3 Motorola Droid X
Desktop.ini can be deleted easily.
In the past two weeks, I have not seen it however.

After opening Ubuntu One for windows on my Windows 7 partition, I logged onto my Ubuntu partition and U1 just downloaded desktop.ini into the folder.

At the moment it does not handle Desktop.ini files in any special way.
Probably these should be added as additional pattern on windows installations (or in both Windows/Ubuntu versions).

If user removes Desktop.ini file from the cloud storage then it will be removed from local machine too, which can lead to the loss of local folder view settings.
