Bug Description
At the moment the autoupdater will make the installer to open a new control panel. This is not desirable, the best thing to do will be let the user know that the changes will take effect once we reboot and simply finish the installation.

I have made changes in the packaging script so that on upgrade, it doesn't launch ubuntuone- installer, and therefore, doesn't launch ubuntuone- control- panel.
However, it's suboptimal in that since we are running the bitrock installer in unattended mode, it can't show the "you need to reboot" message.
