UbuntuOne doesn't work with qt testability on Windows

On Ubuntu, we pass the option -testability to the control panel and to the SSO client and it works with the qt testability plugin to execute automated tests.

On Windows it doesn't work. The argument is received by the application, but testability is not able to access it. From what has been discussed, it seems that we are not shipping the testability plugin.
