No synchronisation if file just renamed

Bug Description
When file renamed locally it stays NOT renamed in the web interface until modification of the content. I'm not sure that synchronisation on just renaming is vital for everyone, but it shoul be, at least, user configurable option.

Thank you for the bug report. I just tested this manually on 9.04 and the renamed file did not appear until I forced the client to reconnect. I'm assigning this to the appropriate team to address.
