Bug Description
Following a report from a support ticket, it seems that this page is not clear:
Here's the message:
I need to do a clean reinstall 12.04. I've set up a U1 account, but not put anything into it, and I'm finding the help page about this topic a bit convoluted and abstruse because of the article's emphasis on what NOT to do.
By eliding the "DO NOT" portions of the article, I'm left with the much more straightforward:
"If you have uploaded files to your Ubuntu One cloud storage and are now setting up a new computer or re-installing your operating system .... you are safe to setup Ubuntu One on your computer as you normally would."
Meaning, I take it, that in doing a clean install, I need do nothing in particular, I'll just reconnect to my account once I've done the install?
I would like you to consider re-writing this article and dividing it into three (or more) simple sections:
1 If doing a clean install without data,
2 doing a clean install with data,
3 & 4 upgrading your system with/without data
5. Whatever you do, don't [insert here the DO NOT info currently in the article].
