Ubuntu One really hates my notes, and always removes them.

Bug Description
Something corrupted my notes (which were automatically synced to Ubuntu One) so I restored a local backup.
Tomboy synced the corrupted notes on Ubuntu One over my restored notes, so I removed notes from Ubuntu One using https:/
```bash
python ubuntuone-
{"ok":true}
python tomboy-
CouchDB is at https:/
API ref is at https:/
Notes are at https:/
Current sync GUID: 0
Latest sync revision: 1
Found 0 note
Done
```
The first sync uploaded everything to Ubuntu One fine, but the second sync removed all my notes from Tomboy. So I removed all my notes from Ubuntu One again, restored local backup, edit manifest.xml to increase each and every <last-sync-date/>, <last-sync-rev/> and latest-revision values, start Tomboy, first sync to Ubuntu One okay, second sync removes all my notes from Tomboy again.
So I remove all notes from Ubuntu One, restore backup, regex every single notes' <last-change-date/> and <last-metadata-
Is this a bug? How can Ubuntu One decide to remove in stead of update all notes when it has newer versions of the same notes? How can it remove notes when nothing has changed between the first and second sync?
Can I FORCE Ubuntu One to accept my notes, and NOT DELETE but UPDATE similar older notes on other computers I have here and there and everywhere?
This has taken up a lot of my time. Meanwhile I am using Opera Notes, and I kinda need Tomboy back.
